These terms cover MacReacher software and related services supplied by Flavr Web Dev Ltd ("we"), company number 14994358, England and Wales. Our current registered office is recorded at Companies House; contact support@flavrapps.com for a postal service address.
1. Eligibility and authorised use
You must have authority to control every Mac you connect to. Do not use MacReacher for unauthorised access, surveillance, unlawful interception, harassment or infringement. You remain responsible for your devices, accounts, network/VPN configuration and backups.
2. Licence and activation
An active subscription or lifetime purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use on up to the activation limit shown at checkout (currently three host Macs). Viewer apps may be used with a licensed host. You may not sell, share or publish a licence credential, bypass activation, redistribute the software, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
3. Trials
The host currently includes a built-in seven-day evaluation with no card. The annual checkout may separately include a fourteen-day billing trial. Checkout terms control billing-trial eligibility, start time and conversion. Ending one trial does not promise eligibility for another.
4. Monthly and annual subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled through the merchant-of-record portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues for the already-paid period unless checkout terms say otherwise. Price or plan changes will be communicated as required by law before they take effect.
5. Lifetime edition
"Lifetime" means a perpetual licence to the purchased major product edition for the purchaser, not the lifetime of any person, company, device or online service. The current commercial intention is to include future MacReacher updates, but platform changes or a materially separate successor product may require revised terms; any checkout promise and mandatory consumer law prevail.
6. Payment, tax and refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the intended merchant of record and its checkout terms also apply to billing, tax and payment handling. The site currently advertises a fourteen-day refund request window. This does not limit statutory cancellation, conformity or refund rights. Contact support@flavrapps.com and the merchant receipt support route.
7. Direct networking and third parties
MacReacher is not a VPN or internet relay. Same-network sessions use your LAN. Remote access requires a private route you supply, such as Tailscale or another VPN. Third-party services have separate terms, availability and security responsibilities. Licensing and checkout require limited internet access even though remote-session content is direct device-to-device.
8. Permissions and sensitive capabilities
The host requires macOS Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions. Depending on your choices, an authenticated viewer may control input, synchronize clipboard content, browse user-accessible files, open/copy/move/download files, hear system audio and request a restart. Enable only the capabilities you intend and protect your devices, macOS credentials and VPN.
9. Compatibility, beta features and updates
Supported OS versions and hardware will be stated on the download page. Features that depend on operating-system behaviour, including virtual displays, may change after OS updates. Beta or pre-release software may be incomplete and should not be the sole access path to critical systems. Updates may be required for security or protocol compatibility.
10. Availability and support
We aim for a reliable product but do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every network, application or future OS release. Support is provided through support@flavrapps.com. Nothing in these terms excludes service standards or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual property and feedback
MacReacher and its branding remain ours or our licensors'. You retain ownership of your content. If you submit feedback, you permit us to use it to improve the product without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.
12. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, unsupported configuration, third-party networks, failure to maintain backups or events outside reasonable control. For business users only, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for MacReacher in the preceding 12 months. This cap does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.
13. Ending the licence
You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend a licence for fraud, chargeback, material breach or security abuse after proportionate notice where practical. Provisions intended to survive termination continue. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Changes, law and disputes
Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. These terms are governed by England and Wales law, but consumers retain mandatory protections and courts available in their home jurisdiction. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
